a simple idea

The first Pomme de Terre Bistro (and his main dish, the jacket potato) was born in 2014 under the arcades of Porta Nuova Station, in Turin.

Our potatoes are grown and harvested in the mountains, reaching our bistros to be served in three different creamings: salt & extra virgin olive oil, salt & butter or butter & cheese. For the filling, you can choose among 70 top quality ingredients, suitable for coeliacs, vegetarians and vegans.

Our suggestions range from the basic vegetarian to the most nourishing and tasty, stuffed with minced fassone meat, quail egg and truffle.

Selected Pomme de Terre potatoes weigh around 380-420gs.

Baked potatoes

Our mountain grown potato, red with yellow flesh, is rich in mineral salts, calcium, sodium, potassium, phosphorus, magnesium, selenium, zinc, copper and ascorbic acid. All being creamed with premium ingredients.
