While spending his holidays in the beautiful city of Benidorm (Spain), many years ago, Roberto finds out a little place down the beach serving this potato, split in half and filled with chive and yogurt…delicious!

where we started
In 2014, Roberto and Samuele, two restaurateurs with different career paths, but with a shared passion for food, team up to make a long time dream come true. We opened our first Pomme de Terre in May 2014, registering the trademark in the aim to spread this wonderful and magical concept of cooking.
